- 2-3 glassful of meat broth.
- 3-4 slices of ham.

- Get low the heat and add the meat broth in little parts, remove until it was evaporated and so on until the rice was al dente.
- Add to the bowl the pieces of toasted ham, the goat cheese and the honey, and remove until the mix was amalgamated.

Blackberries with iberian ham salad

This is very similar to this one.  I only replace strawberries with blackberries, and the raisins with toasted sunflower seeds.  The rest is the same.  The only reason to publish it, is to demonstrate that with a simple change, you can have another dish.  And maybe with another taste and properties.  I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS:
- Lettuce or a salads bag.
- A tomatoe.
- 2 or 3 ham slices.
- Roughly ten blackberries.  It's a question of taste.
- 2 or 3 pieces of goat cheese.
- A handful of toasted and peeled sunflower seeds.

For the dressing:
- Apple vinegar.
- Olive oil.

PREPARATION:

- Put the lettuce (or the salads bag) well washed as the base into the salad bowl.
- Cut the tomatoe and spread over the lettuce.
- Over all, put the ham slices.- Cut into little pieces the goat cheese and spread over the recipient.
- Spread over the salad the blackberries, in an ornamental way.
- Spread over the salad the almond toasted and peeled.
- For the dressing, we spread a little oil over the recipient, and then, a little apple vinegar.

Strawberries with iberiam ham salad dressed with guacamole sausage

Well, this is really nothing new.  In one side, we have the strawberries with iberiam ham salad, wich recipe is already in this blog.  And in the other side, the guacamole sausage, that we used in this recipe of this blog.  Well, we avoid the last pass of the first one, the dressing, replacing this for the guacamole sausage as we prepare in the second one.  The result?  In my point of view, it's a good mix  It's a fresh and tasty salad... I hope you enjoy it!
