Days ago, i prepared a salad, but using guacamole as "dressing" (if we can say it). As we can read on wikipedia, guacamole is a own México sauce, created by the aztecs, wich is prepared from avocado.
The name provides from the náhuatl word "Ahuacamolli", that's formed by the words "Ahuacatl" + "molli".
Well, my idea for today is using the guacamole to prepare a chicken salad... Are you courious? Keep the attention...
