Hi everybody:

The goal of this blog is, in the beginning, propose my own (sometimes not so mine...) cooking recipes.  Why healthy and simple?  Healthy, because i will propose recipes with low fat, basing the dishes in fruits and vegetables.  It don't means that, sometimes, we can afford to cook something different.  And simple, because, and it's the second goal, everybody be able to cook, because the recipes will be very easy and fast to cook, generally.

Well... here we go!.
